All products are shipped by airmail to overseas destinations unless otherwise requested.
We send you order within 4 working days of receipt. You should receive your order within 5-7 business days . International orders are generally received in under 14 days.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Please note for all College Special order items they take 4-6 weeks to arrive with us and we will then post out to you.
Please note whilst we make every effort to dispatch your order so further charges are not incurred. Since the UK left the EU, we no longer charge VAT on applicable items ordered. There may however, be charges upon receipt to some European countries, which have not been applicable in the past. Please note, The Varsity Shop will not reimburse for these charges. If in doubt with regards to your potential order, please check prior to placing your order.
Collection orders are to be collected from our shop at 113 High Street, Oxford.
Our opening hours are as follows:
Monday – Saturday – 10am – 6pm.
Sundays – 11am – 4pm
