Oxford's leading supplier of Academic Dress to Oxford University with over a century of Academic Gown Trade.

All of our goods are Dean Burgon shape (double fur) and made form a synthetic man made fur. We do not use real fur for our hire hoods at all nowadays and only make real fur hoods to specific request.

All Gowns and Hoods are in excellent clean condition and are also available ex-hire for sale. The hire charge will be deducted if you should choose to purchase.

Note – Prices for daily hire applies to customers who call into the shop to collect for a degree day or use for a function at the University.

Daily hire rate is chargeable when the goods are hired for the day and collected and returned by the hirer the same day or day after.

Customers are also advised that because our site is predominantly an online ordering and delivery store that during the online HIRE procedure some details are still required to be entered. I.e. address details but again we re-iterate hire items paid for in this section are for "Collection from Store" only

Customers are advised that all Hire Purchase prices are inclusive of VAT which is charged as the hire items do not leave the E.U. during the hire period. This is irrespective of the customers location when processing the ordering of hire items.
